Join me for a special evening of sensory exploration to deepen your practice of personal connection with yourself and your partner. In this playshop you will tune your senses as you open your heart, balance your mind, and embody compassion, while you explore the quality of touch that is right in your own hands. The practice of Thai Yoga with a partner cultivates patience, deep communication, and invites open-hearted listening, as you learn stretches and techniques to practice together. We’ll conclude our evening with champagne, sparkling cider, and dark chocolates.

I received my Essential Thai Yoga Massage certification through Lotus Palm and the Thai Yoga practice I share with couples and individuals is inspired by that as well as my studies of Tantric Meditation with my teacher, Lorin Roche, author of The Radiance Sutras.
