I provide support and practices to guide you through your own unique and personal experience.
My offerings include gentle and accessible movement and other mindful practices that you can use through everyday experiences in order to self-soothe.
Through these practices, participants cultivate positive experiences that recast difficulties as doorways into deeper healing.
You will receive the empowerment of self-care, self-acceptance, and the awareness to accept—and expect—joy even through cancer.
Join me for Gentle Yoga for Cancer Wellness - A safe, warm, approachable, meditative practice that utilizes movement and breath to gently open the body, mind, and spirit. Modifications in range of motion are always given and students are invited to practice in whatever way they show up, whether following all of the movements as instructed, modifying from a chair, or visualizing the whole practice with limited or no movement at all.
